It's good in terms of quality and ease in placing order but You can't trust when it comes "delivery in time". The orders get delayed and after calling they can't even give an ETA which is annoying..I can understand they might be understaffed, hope things improve soon..my best wishes.

There was only one employee working while I picked up my pizza. He was slammed with orders and dealing with not-so-friendly phone calls all while keeping a positive attitude and cracking jokes. He could’ve complained at any point but made sure I still got my pizza in a timely fashion. Andrew gets 14/10 marones. Pure class. Take care. Brush ya hair.

Ordered from Domino’s in Franklin TN tonight and had one of the VERY BEST-ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service experiences ever. I placed my order online for a special 2 or more for $6.99 deal/and when my delivery guy, Talmadge, showed up, I asked if he had forgotten a box. He reviewed my order and confirmed it was correct as I also reviewed my order and realized that part of my order was kicked out/ not saved or whatever. I paid him and thanked him anyway. Later on that evening, he redelivered our missing piece for no other reason than to make it right! How do you possibly have a more devoted employee? I was shocked at the “extra mile” as you very seldom get even mediocre service anymore! Thank you Tal for restoring my faith in humanity again! Job well done deserves great praise (even if the mistake was mine)!! Thank you!

Had a mixed experience at Domino's today. Ordered a pepperoni and cheese, and cheese pizza. Also got an Italian sub, apple dipping dessert, and crispy chocolate lava cakes. The two pizzas and chocolate cakes were great. The Italian sub and apple dessert not so much. The apples dessert were drizzled in a delicious cinnamon sugar glaze but it leaked everywhere and into the box below it. Quite the mess. I recommend a plastic container for this in the future to keep the liquid contained. The Italian sub was small and missing meat. One half only had a single piece of ham on it. The other half was normal. It did not have the rest. Not a case of toppings slide. Some of it was tasty. The rest required me to get my own cold cuts from the fridge so I could finish it as a sandwich. Aside from that problem, most else was fine. The staff were polite and helped me immediately. I did not have to wait for my order. The store is clean and neat. Prices are kind of high for what I got. Parking is limited. Best to go on a nice day or during slow times. I had to walk from the side of the building in the wind and rain to get to the door. Over all okay experience. I may go back again. I will not get the apples dessert or Italian sub again though.
