Gave it 3 stars only because of the great burger and fresh salad. otherwise it would be 1 star. The ribeye steak was a weird gray, lacking proper grill marks and overcooked. Sent back. Got another one. Same thing except they didn't bring a new baked potato. Expected me to eat old cold Potato with melted sour cream, I guess. At that point I declined a 3rd try. Told them remove the steak from my bill. Finished my salad, paid and left. Can't tell you the flavor of steak because they looked so disgusting I wasn't going to try either one. Waitress was very good with service. Not her fault as she didn't cook the steak and even told manager to bring fresh potato.

I am here on a business trip and wanted a nice steak dinner. I eat at Logan’s so I chose there to order and take back to my room. The appetizer was great but the dinner was terrible. I ordered a steak MR but it was hardly seared and full of fat. The ff were soggy and the slaw was hot and had hardly anything but cabbage. I was terribly disappointed and hungry.

The food is good/decent, it's above mediocre but below excellent. It is satisfying albeit a bit expensive. Service is phenomenal and their sweet tea 😋 yum. I liked the mason jar. Logan's Roadhouse is a steakhouse franchise like Outback or Texas RH. I wouldn't say it's significantly different from either.

Crab cake appetizers were delicious! The food was good, but there was lots of miscommunication between the staff which resulted in finger pointing on who was supposed to help us. First time was okay, I've never been to a Logan's before but am willing to give another try. Bread was again good, hot and fresh but the burger was over cooked.... but at least I got extra crispy bacon! Did appreciate the use of their own bread for the burger buns.
