It has been awhile but not disappointed, is busy, parking in front to buy incidentals due to the fact it is popular it is hard to back out since cars are waiting to pull in to the pump but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience, that busy they must be doing something right

I just gassed up and purchased a $12 car wash at this station. I noticed that the brushes weren't working and my car was still as dirty as when I went in. There seemed to be a brushless feature that I was unaware of. When I went in to voice my displeasure regarding my still dirty car, the manager insulted my intelligence by saying that it was unfortunate for me that I picked the wrong wash cycle. I said that I didn't see why that should matter, since it's a carwash, and my car was still dirty. Her lack of training in customer service completely destroyed any chance of us coming to a satisfactory resolution, and then she threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave the store at once. If I were a white American, I would have dared her, but I didn't want to end up on the 6 o'clock news. She should be fired immediately.

One of the restrooms was broken. We paid for gas. I explained I have a medical condition and the IVs(which there is a line in my chest) make it painful if I don't have bathroom access. The women got very nasty with me so my severely ill self had to walk as fast as I could across the street so I didn't wet myself.

Don't use the air machine for your tires. They didn't have a sign that says out of order. Machine sounds like it's working but it's not. And when you ask them they doesn't know anything.
