I wanted to give a higher rating, but the shower with out hot water is a deal breaker. No garbage cans outside for Guest use. No complimentary coffee. Seems like bare bones operation, which is sad because it is actually a nice place. Saturday night and only 7 guest. Can you say upside down.

Avoid at all costs. Run by owners who don’t care about how they talk to or treat guests, so they take the liberty of treating them like expendable garbage. Take your business to any other decent hotel in the area.

Rooms are very clean not expensive at all plenty truck parking..no breakfast

Positive: There was no all night coming in and out so I slept fairly well. The restaurants and stores were close. Parking was no problem.
