Don't take your passport photos here! 1) overpriced 2) the lady with the awful attitude (Angela) didn't cut the photos just handed me the whole page 3) not even an envelope to put them in 4) DID NOT WORK. I had to go back and forth and at the end just took another photo somewhere else that did meet the standards of a passport photo or my application was going to be denied. I ended up wasting money and valuable time. Somebody should explain what customer service is. After my 4th trip to the store (and calling a few times) I got a refund for the photos, still terrible attitude not even an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". Just a terrible experience do not recommend this place at all.

I am writing corporate and I hope your store folds. Angela is rude, doesn't know her job, and gets fussy when someone tries to help her out and clue her in so that good service (at least basic service) can be delivered. I have witnessed people flipper her birds and calling her names from the parking lot. I don't blame them. Then the owner defends her. I did not get everything I needed here and will using other services. You deserve the overall rating you have in the 2 star category. And of course the owner defense the rude employee again. More than the procedure, she chooses to be rude regardless of procedure. Fine by me, don't fix it The rude PS store as I call it. And btw no notary stamp legalized a document. Just says I was the person who signed it. You say what would put me in a legal bind but if I need legal advice it will come from a lawyer, not the ups store. Hopefully that whole store goes down.

I agree that the staff does not know how to perform basic customer service. The small blond girl (didn't catch a name) seemed happy to refuse a package over a piece of tape. Was returning it for a friend and could not be more disappointed with this level of customer service here in town. It was very good just recently, too.
