I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. That's how bad this company is! They were all helpful and nice while going through the whole process, until they got the money from the bank. Then they were rude and extremely unprofessional. They do not want to finish the job and abide by their own contract! They started dodging our calls, and when we went up there to try and get an answer (about an emergency water leak that they also refused to help with) we caught the Brian (Sales) sitting outside on his phone actively dodging our calls. The store manager, Jamie, has been the absolutely worst person to deal with. She hung up the phone on my husband and then called me raising her voice and being rude. I could go on and on about how terrible they are, but just save yourselves the trouble and go somewhere else!

Lady on phone was so rude I have called all over looking for the perfect home and they are always more than happy to help. NOT HERE owner get yourself a new sales rep this one scares away all of your potential buyers I wouldn’t buy from here this lady shouldn’t be in sales. Worst customer service go down the road to star homes or regional the man Pete at regional was so friendly and took his time no pressure. Worst customer service here I’ll say it again.

We bought a home from them and Brian was our sales person he went above and beyond to help us get our home we have been in it three years and love it any time we have questions or need anything they have been there for us I tell people all the time to go there and talk to brian for their new home great people all the way around
