All the executive leaders of this FRANCHISE company have no medical background unless it is in sales. If I could rate with a 0 I would. It took me 42 days to receive results that the company received in 3 days. Why because it is sales driven and lack of knowledge. I had called twice. Once a week later and the second time 3 weeks later. Both times requesting emails, fax and a copy sent through the mail. All of which were not received. And when I finally returned to ether get my $ back or my lab results right then one of the employees tried to convince me that on her screen when it said "updated May 13" that it was when they emailed my results but because of HIPPA it wouldn't show my email. Well what if someone typed it in wrong? Or what happened to when I requested it to be emailed in June? There was no timestamp for June? And then there was no evidence of it being faxed. Nor through the US postal service. May 13 corresponded to the "printed date" on the copy of the results. So I think she was just trying to cover herself. I just can't imagine that not one of the ways I asked to correspond to receive the results would it not show up. So take your $ and then we may or may not give you results. My doctor said it was a good thing my life didn't depend on these results. But then again, it now makes me question whether or not the results are good.

Great service. Was looking for a lab that will give COVID test result the same day for a travel and they gave me the results real fast. It’s a little bit expensive but if you need the results for travel overseas they are worth it.
