We left this store several years ago NOT because of poor service BUT because my husband’s insurance was with Caremark and they gave us far better pricing across the street….but the service across the street SUBSTANDARD at best!! So NOW my husband’s insurance is no longer with the other company so I came BACK to THIS WALGREENS! The team here are Kind, Considerate, and Professional EVERYTIME not just once in awhile! I LOVE the ladies here they are wonderful! Thank you to all the ladies who are so hard at work and never let it show!! YOU ARE APPRECIATED!!!

Usually are good about prescriptions but was here yesterday for my medications and they had been sent to the incorrect Walgreens location, so the pharmacy technician said that she can transfer them over to this location and have them filled in 20 minutes. Told them that it's fine and we will come back tomorrow for them. Went back in 24 hours later (today) and they are telling me that they are not filled and that they were waiting to hear back from my prescribing doctor for approval, but then I told them we were here yesterday and they said they'd be filled in 20 minutes yesterday, they then backpeddled and said oh yeah, we can get them filled for you tonight in about 20 minutes. Which means someone didn't process the prescription yesterday when I told them I'd give them 24 hours instead of 20 minutes. Thinking that if I gave them another 24 hours instead of 20 minutes this time, this would continue happening again. Why can't pharmacies just do their one job?

**Pharmacy** I came here 12/4 to get my daughters COVID shot for a 9am appointment. I got there at 845a and the lady told me (rudely) to come back at 9. I get it (15 minutes) no problem. Came back to wait over an hour with no place to sit. Came back for a booster for myself the next day 12/5 at 9, with an appointment. Before I even made it to the desk, the same lady seen I had my COVID card on hand and put her hands on the desk with her head down and started moving her head side to side with frustration. When I told her I was there for a booster, she looked at the other pharmacist and said “I dont know why they schedule people like this.” I asked if it was an okay time and she said there were 6 people ahead of me. However, 2 had just completed paperwork and she just handed another paperwork. There were 3 and 3 baskets on the desk. The store was empty at this time 845a on 12/5. This behavior is unacceptable and not needed first thing in the morning. She was rude to me yesterday and rude to me today. No one made this person choose that job. It was her own decision to work with people. Perhaps she needs to be behind the shelves and not serving people. Or maybe she needs to serve those of her own kind. I left, I’ll go to a different Walgreens from now on.

Absolutely a stressful experience with the pharmacy staff. They are not helpful at all and I received three different reasons for an important med I need every day. After two weeks of going phone calls to Doctor and pharmacy the pharmacy staff tried to say the Doctor cancelled the med,my script was no longer in their computer(but it has been filled there before) and they’re waiting for fax from Doctor. I called pharmacy this morning to try and resolve the problem and after speaking to two staff members was hung up on. I also called my Doctor who stated a script was already faxed to them. Also a staff stated they are having problems with their system!! Poor customer service and will be utilizing a different pharmacy and it will not be Walgreens!!
