This place is ridiculous. We called before 7pm and they told us it would be 2 hours before they deliver a pizza to our hotel! News flash Papa Johns you are not all that or all that great to be taken the luxury of taking this long. The only reason we ordered was out of supposed convenience and thinking it would be quick. We were hungry and i don’t even eat pizza that frequently. Not even the best pizza takes this long. Never ever will I order from any franchise.

Ordered online since it's the only way to get specials. I look at my email and it's 2 hours for delivery on a Friday at noon. I called to see if this was correct because i live 5 mins away and was told it was because they had one driver. I asked to cancel the order because that was too long and he said most of their customers dont mind the 2 hour wait. Really?! I think the minority of your potential customers will wait 2 hours. You have already lost the majority of your potential customers to 2 hour wait times. Don't bother ordering here. This is coming from an ex Papa Johns GM. Got Pizza Hut for my kids in 35 mins.

No way I would ever order delivery from there again.. The app doesn't tell you how backed up they are.. I ordered 1 pizza, and it arrived an impressive 3 hours after the order was placed. At least when you order from a local place, they tell you the time before you place the order..

Dont bother ordering the steak n cheese pappidilla, u get basically no steak, lol, even if i ordered doubled the steak it still wouldn't be enough. Its laughable, and yall lost a customer, i got many options in the pizza delivery game, peace ✌
