The woman at the front desk was very polite and she helped me the best she could. Unfortunately I was right at the hairline of not being accepted for link card. I was also connected with another woman on the phone, and she was very polite and she also did her best to help me out. I would say when you come to talk to the people up at the front desk please treat them kindly. They're taking time out to help you in any way that they can.

You have to go through CCR&R at John A. Logan college. Ask for the paperwork as provider and she needs an application. The # for the provider is their social security number.
