Just moved in and despite negative reviews on Google I’m very happy with my decision to move here! Very professional staff during the application and interview process. The staff kept me informed during the entire process. The apartment is clean and in perfect condition! Had a few minor things in the apartment but they were dealt with within a few hours. Don’t believe everything you read about Sabal Chase in the reviews section. See for yourself!

Sabal Chase Apartments to me is a very professional ran company. They go above and beyond to meet the needs of their tenants. They constantly check to fix any issues they have with their properties, appliances or A/C. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Out of all the managers, Mary Smith is the best managers of the Company, she’s is a great asset to the company. The staff is amazing and professional. I'm proud to call Sabal Chase Apartments my home. Thanks for the job well done, keep up the good work. Don’t get me started with the employers, if I had to rate them from 1-10 i will definitely give them a 20.

Phone were giving problems because the office is under reconstruction. The phone service is okay now.
$75 late if late with rent payment. Yes, it is a rent restriction community that gives breaks on government asst.tenants.

Contact the ladies at their leasing office....I call them Miss Harmeka, Miss Kimerian and the Assistant Property Manager Miss Keysha and let them know that Rudy referred you to them....I live here and they and their Maintenance Staff are caring and attentive people with integrity and are caring professionals....
