If I could give a zero I would. Bad attitude staff. I had been tracking my package since ordering on 6/29/2022. On the 7/5 the package arrived in Jacksonville and on 7/6 the package arrived in Ft. Pierce and a ticket was created on 7/7 at this facility as of today 7/22 I don't have my package and the two ladies at UPS told me the package never arrived even after I showed them the proof. Yes I got a little irate because one of the ladies tells me her computer don't lie. She said customer service told me incorrect information and the information on my tracking was wrong.Yes I told her she was lying because the information was confirmed by Customer Service who sent an email to file a claim and she still said they did not tell me the truth, the package went somewhere else. She was so busy arguing with me and not once say she will check to see if it was there. I am definitely going to file an official complaint because all I want is my package that I believe was losted by this facility or stolen and they will not admit to it.

Who closes for three hours in the middle of the day? So unprofessional, no wonder the other St Lucie locations are doing better. They are open.

Your day was wasted but they do have to end of day if they have an extremely big run or bad weather in other states and if your package was not delivered by 11:59 p.m. in call up ups and they will reimburse you that's all I can tell you if you never got the package you would have to put in a claim with ups and that is a joke they lost my package for 18 days I put in for reimbursement because it was next day I have not even got reimbursed for the next day and 4 months later they asked me if I still have the envelope and said no but I brought it to UPS and children risk was ripped open in the contents were not there they want you to hold on to it but nobody tells you to do so they have denied my claim twice I'm still appealing it cuz it cost me $250 to replace the documents the only problem that I have with UPS they do not wait to pay they do not like to reimburse I don't know what their problem is that make an awful lot of money what is the big deal like giving somebody back $50 or $100
I just know that it says it's open 9 to 4:30 Monday through Friday but they really don't open the door to the public till 9:30 that's the one on Oleander that's the main hub for Fort Pierce in Port Saint Lucie and they will tell you the exact hours but I'm just telling you they do not open the doors to the public till 9:30 just a heads up
If you have next day delivery give me anytime 7 p.m. is usually late delivery if it's next day they will deliver that package up to midnight UPS next day delivery track your package with the app
