I would like an option for negative stars for this business. I saw a generator on OfferUp today and made an offer for it. The owner agreed to a price and told me that they were open until 6pm today for me to pick it up. As I was leaving to pick it up, I messaged him to let him know that I was on my way. He replied that he sold it to someone else. I immediately called the business and spoke with him regarding the issue. He had no remorse and simply stated that he requires a deposit to hold items. I replied that would have been nice to know as I would have gladly done so. It is evident that the owner only cares about money and could careless about his customers. He could have asked me to put down a deposit in our conversation on OfferUp and secondly he could have messaged me before he sold it to someone else to ask about a deposit. Customer service means nothing to this company. All he saw was an opportunity to make money off the snow storm headed this way with no regard for his word or his customer.

I was a veteran who had to pawn all my guns because veteran affairs stopped my pay for 5 months, when I went back to get my own guns I had to do a back ground check and I didn't pass because of my military experience, I was not told I would have to pass a back ground check to get my own stuff back, Mike agreed to hold my stuff but he didn't he sold it..... A gun transaction sounds like when you purchase a gun not simply getting the guns you currently own, had guns given to me from family to include rifle I shot my first deer with, yes military experience can cause you to fail a background check such as being injured in combat, I was completely caught off guard and didn't even know it was an issue, it was resolved but....

He is a loser and takes goods from addicts to help support their habit! After being made aware of a situation! Any good man with a conscience would not contribute to a problem like this! He was made aware and asked to not take items from said person and he continued repeatedly to do so! In my opinion he is an enabler low life scumbagg!
