Recent move to the South from a high profile biking area in the NW. Really make strong efforts to utilize the LBS in the area that I live close to. After visiting this shop a few times, I am noticing the same line is given when I ask if they can order parts in. “Good luck in finding that, my suppliers can’t get that for me.” These are simple things like a Ultegra derailer, disc rotors, carbon handlebars, etc. Each time I have driven in to the big box bike store in Greenville and have either walked out with the part or have had it ordered in within a couple of days. Maybe they should consider a new supplier. Usually they have been without attitude, once it seemed a bit condescending. I have a couple of high end titanium bikes and a Salsa all road as a daily. I’ll continue to service them myself or take them into that big box place if necessary. Excuses usually tell me that I just can’t trust the place.

Deceivers. The story is like this. This company ordered 25 personalized beer mugs for their cycling club, when they received the order, they simply returned the money through the bank and kept the goods for themselves. They deceived me, I think that they will deceive their buyers in the same way.
