Wow. Can I just say how I had the best experience of any pet store I’ve ever been to. We just rescued a sweet adult golden today and he was filthy. We brought him in an hour after picking him up, because he desperately needed a good wash. They allowed us back even though they were done with the self wash for the day. They helped us by providing us with their best soaps and recommendations. The owner came to the back and helped to check our new dog and to make sure he was comfortable. We bought treats, a new collar and the recommended shampoos and snooks flea powder. The staff was generous and loving towards our new sweet boy. We bought the Skouts honor shampoo which was very ironic. We were planning on naming him Scout. They tried to give him treats and they gave him pets. I will be returning regularly with Scout. He was a new dog after his bath. Thank you to Earthwise staff and Owner for being so polite and caring. We appreciate you opening your self wash station back up and for being so attentive every step of the way. He’s at home safely and he’s clean and dry.

I was hoping to become a new customer. I went in make an appointment and was greeted by the owner. I was told they had an extensive waiting list but she would put my name down and call if there was an opening. Two weeks later I was called for a cancellation and was thrilled I got worked in. I meet the groomer and specified I wanted a puppy cut for my poodle and was very specific that I did not want him shaved. I was shocked when I picked him up because he was shaved down almost to his skin.His head ,paws and feet we cut unevenly. Not only that but after I paid they informed me it was a one time cancellation and would not be able to schedule an another appointment. When I came in the owner and I had a brief conversation, I spoke to the groomer, then paid. Nobody told me in all these conversations that I wouldn’t be allowed to schedule another appointment. I changed groomers because mine was too far away and Earthwise is 10 minutes from my house. Needless to say, my experience was very negative and disappointing

Vicki went out of her way to help me choose foods to bring my cats to optimum health. I was amazed at her knowledge. The store has so many choices, i loved it. So far my cats accepted the First Mate Grain free ocean fish with blueberries. Im hoping they will also like the soft food. I would highly recommend this store to everyone. Vicki and her store are a treasure

We used Sarah at the Simpsonville location. She was recommended to me. She has done a fabulous job with our pup and I couldn’t be more thankful for her! He’s a big boy and has long hair. She gave him a wonderful bath and trim.
