The mall is a bit barren, but what's left is okay. The science museum is definitely worth a visit if you have kids or are a kid-at-heart

JCPenney Sephora is open with JCPenney hours. Holiday hours are extended.

Pretty sure they do, but you have to ask for it at the customer service/front desk.
The mall closes at 4 so I imagine he's there until 4 but nobody will want to stay after 4. Definitely want to get home to our families! I'm sure Santa will too
