This is an exception to most government offices. There are well marked and a good number of lines to get into. If one of the personnel is free they will call you to come to them. I just went in to check on my son and 2 different people tried to help me. There was a steady stream of people going in and coming out. Nobody seemed to wait long. Ample parking. They were doing their jobs well.

I've utilized SoS facilities across the state. Carbondale has the most courteous staff, and they are eager to help with whatever issue I might have. Cannot recommend enough!!
