What a lovely place- we had a quick stay heading to Knoxville. Denise was kind and upgraded our room. Ridley our pup received a sweet “doggy bag” that had local dog parks and veterinarians listings. the staff was kind and truly seemed to care. Thank you for the warm welcome- we will be back.

Customer service at the counter was terrible. The breakfast wasn’t good. And the room I stayed in had several pistachio shells in the bed and on the floor. There were toys in the drawers. We’re it wasn’t cleaned also checked in at 1 am and was charged 170 dollars for the 9 hours were as Nashville will pro rate better off checking elsewhere. I’ve stayed in comfort inns that were way cleaner and breakfast was better quality....

Was very happy with the customer service. Booked a standard king room, but when we walked in the room, it had a weird smell to it, so we politely asked to change rooms. They jumped on it quickly and upgraded us to a king suite at no extra charge. The room was nice and spacious and clean. Happy with our stay.

Stick your hand in the pocket and invest in that gym ,especially nowadays. People want to stay fit. I always say this in my reviews....if u want more clients invest in that gym....second of all u have water going in the rooms in between the ac units and their sleeve ,like....alot ....i had to place towels on top of it. Imagine the mold that start to build in there.... ..oh and another thing.....put a fresh coat of paint on this hotel. It looks like it needs one.
