We stayed at the Hampton Inn Cookeville during a multi day moving road trip. The hotel was very well maintained and the rooms were comfortable and clean. We needed to extend our check out time as we had arrived quite late the night before and needed sleep. The staff was extremely accommodating to us in regards to check out time and everyone we interacted with during our stay was extremely friendly and welcoming. Parking was too tight for our Uhaul truck, but the hotel is in a great location with lots of shopping and restaurants around so we were able to find a place to park it just across the street. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked and tasty. If the opportunity presented itself, we would definitely stay here again in the future.

The room felt dirty to me. The AC barely worked and the bathroom did not have a fan. I don’t believe I will ever be back. Please do a better job at representing your hotel. The staff was very kind.

Beautiful Hampton Inn... I stay in a lot of different ones. The reason for 4 stars on the room was the light switches broke in the bathroom in room #402. Also if you have a trailer longer than 18ft, including the tongue, the parking lot is very tight and limited on spacing.

I am an Hilton Honors member for more than 15 years and the recent stay at the Hampton Inn Cookeville was the worst of all Hilton properties I stayed at over the years during business or personal travel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cookeville! The hotel appeared to be mildly upgraded regarding carpets, rooms, etc., but the cleanliness standard is way off. The first room we got had a dirty and none functional toilet. The second room had dirty tile floors in the hallway and bathroom (specifically in the none traffic areas and corners; disgusting). Shower rails and entry were not cleaned for ages and the silicone around the shower was covered with mold. The mirrors around the room were dirty, as well as walls had splatters all over. The HVAC in the room was not controllable via the thermostat and had to be regulated at the unit itself. It only operated in manual mode and was rather noisy from the fan perspective. The TV remote was only partially working. The breakfast offered, while regular Hampton Inn continental breakfast, was subpar as well. The front desk staff was accommodating, but management needs to get this hotel back to Hilton status from from the maintenance and cleanliness perspective.

Hi Adam, Yes are open. Cna you confirm which number you are calling? We are happy to address your questions on this platform if that makes it easier. Thank you, Management
Same thing happened to us as well. We had to call the 1-800 number and they called them direct while we were on hold for 5 minutes. Easier than trying to call them
