I have used this place on a regular, at least weekly basis, for 20+ years. The staff has changed over time, with overall continued improvement. Right now they are probably the best they have ever been. They know their customers, and get the job done quickly, but in a friendly manner. Given the pressures they work under, and all the inane questions they answer. repeatedly --day after day, they show a lot of restraint, and deserve recognition for their work.

Hi Evan! I'm sorry your experience was unpleasant. Someone's bad day does not justify their attitude towards customers. I can assure you that the Charleston Post Office has very dedicated staff members who genuinely care about their customer's satisfaction!
