I’m sitting here at Cracker Barrel as we speak.. Not one waitress noticed that I was here. One was showing their tattoos for a good minute to a customer.. So I called.. Then I get asked where I’m at.. I said I didn’t know where I was at , that I don’t see any numbers on my table.. Then she came looking , still didn’t notice I was here .. then I had attitude and so she got one too. Then I don’t know your fried chicken menu well.. and ended up with gravy all over it. I’m not Impressed any more with Cracker Barrel. Service has been very inferior so many times and the food actually always makes us feel bad , both myself and my daughter when she comes. She doesn’t even want to come back because of it. Something is being added doing this to us, we eat out at many places. Integrity and good customer service are very much lacking . I would also like to say I’m in Management: This is a management issue period. ( training, hiring , and if cooperate is standing in the way, you guys are the smartest. )

First time at this location but overall was good food. Ordered the sirloin steak with it not the greatest in appearance when arriving at rhe table, but was satisfied with the taste.

Well Cracker Barrel has really gone down hill. Had some breakfast delivered and we were extremely disappointed with the food. The taste, quality and portions was nothing like Cracker Barrel has been in the past. I'll let the picture show you just 1 of the plates we got. Should have been Country ham, scrabble eggs with cheese and sausage links. Oh and bacon?

My wife Peggy Mitchell and I loved Cracker Barrel. We love the hospitality there. Although, there was some of the staff that was not too friendly. (The 5 🌟 ends here) (0 🌟 begin here) Also, I'm very extremely upset and disappointed that the Cracker Barrel at this location DID NOT accept Military Discounts. We're from Louisville, Kentucky and Cracker Barrel there accepts Military Discounts. I've been to other Cracker Barrels that accept Military Discounts and thousands and thousands of other restaurants accept Military Discounts and to me that is very extremely DISRESPECTFUL AND DISHONORABLE to Military people AND Veterans that served the country and to deny a Military Veteran of getting a discount at is extremely rude and disrespectful. The policy needs to change. I'm asking for part of my money 💸 💸 because of that.
