Extremely difficult to get in and out of parking lot right now due to construction. No pool nor water slide as advertised. Room was smaller than advertised for executive king suite. On duty attended was super nice and helpful but hotel not as advertised.

Tight parking space, but didn't have any issues. The rooms are super nice, and beds are very comfy. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting cookeville. 😊

Positive: The rooms were very clean and beds were very comfy and the price was great! They offer a quick breakfast and food was fresh! The staff was great and I will most definitely go back to the hotel for any stay!! Negative: The check in process was a bit aggrevating. They first sent us to a room that someone else was already occupied and we had to wait almost 2 hours to finally get checked in. Besides that our stay was wonderful!! Parking is a bit crowded though.

Hotel is in the midst of a total remodel/makeover and the results are fabulous! Rooms are beautifully furnished. Bath is updated and well lit. The bed and the linens are SO comfortable. Parking is a little tight when the hotel is full and room numbers are a little wonky but it looks as if that is due to previous buildings having been torn down! Definitely a great stay!
