I lived at Piccadilly for 3 years and it started out as a amazing place. Maintenance was so so helpful, they two young men would always go out of there way to help you. They resolved the problem or made it right. The office staff was also amazing. The were always quick to respond and fix the problem. Dillon the old property manager would go out of his way to make sure you issue was fixed and you felt at home. That's where it all ended. The new property manager Kellie is so so rude. We spoke with her about a issue we was having and she was so unprofessional. I understand she's probably got a lot of stress but there no sense in been so rude. This is the customer service you expect out of a Convenience store not where you want to call home. The appartments where old and out dated and they wanted new prices. Also can you please fix your Brown recluse issue. This place has tons. Over if this is all you can find to rent then its okay i guess. Just hope you dont have to deal with the property manager. I would recommend not speaking to her and just deal with Sandy. Heather and Colton are always there to help.
