Workers are outstanding and I couldn’t have asked for better. I did an amazon return and you can be a charged a dollar to package items. I read through my return and it said return cost was 0.00 but UPS charges a dollar to package and send some items back. Just food for thought…

There are drop boxes located around town for small packages. There is not a drop box specifically at the store for after hours.
I have shipped using dry ice at this location before. They will help you with the process if you need
If you need an estimate, you can call the store with the destination zip code, the weight of the package, and the dimensions. I do it all the time and they are always friendly and ready to help.
The store is not associated with the drivers, so to get someone to pick up a package from your house you'd have to call UPS Corporate to schedule a pickup.
Contact the store during regular business hours to request the making of an additional key. The turn-around time is fairly quick. Until the key is replaced, the staff will be more than happy to assist you in getting your mail.
The store is not open on Sunday’s during the year unless it is before Christmas!
