A permit to drive and a title are 2 different things. Getting a permit would essentially be quicker than a bonded title process. But if the car is not titled or registered, you couldn't legally drive that vehicle.

30 minute ONLY metered parking on Edwards and 1st street area. If you travel West on Edward's street past Spring Street 2 hour metered parking. Metered parking is strictly enforced by the city. Free visitor and bus parking West on Edward street past College on your right behind Boone's Saloon. Handicap spots are available if you show the SOS Capitol police officer at the police check point (Edwards and 1st street area) a valid handicap plaque or completed form for a handicap plaque.
