No, but we refer all of our customers to this site on a computer: http://dnr.sc.gov/purchase.html scroll down and choose: Purchase Licenses, Permits and Tags Online and follow the prompts. SCDNR will let you print out the license immediately. Print it out and take it with you while fishing. Your official license will come in the mail within a week. you can also purchase hunting licenses as well To my knowledge, there is not any vendor except Wal Mart.
