Issues not in any order and contract signed 9/23/2021 and first day of installation was 10/4/2021. I was told the tile flooring people were employees of FloorMasters. This was not true as Freddie presented me with his business card (Luna Construction). The 1 worker that started at my home spoke no English so there was a bit of a communication problem. We communicated thru an app on my phone. After 4 days of just 1 person on the job Freddie sent in 2 more people, temporary, after I complained that the master floor was not finished, and the whole project was to take only 3 days. I was not told that the baseboards would be removed to lay the tile but understood the reasoning. Worker asked if I had a bucket as he needed to get water. Bucket ended up filled with thin set. Trash on job site not removed daily but was only removed 2x's after complaining. Told Freddie on Thurs they were going to be short on tile. Said that they can't ask for more till they totally run out. Took on Monday by worker he was out of tile. Freddie and saleman (Louis) it would take 3-7 days to get new supply in (job on hold as it took 5 days). Told job would be 3 days that turned into 13. Freddie said that if I had emptied all the rooms they could have been done. I ask, "What was I to do, go to a hotel and stay" (we had all the carpet removed in the bedrooms and tile laid). Tiles had edging chips on them. I'm not sure, but they may have come from bad tiles or when the workers were breaking the spacers off by kicking them. I even spoke to Bob Morsick, (I was told was the owner) about my issues and that fell on death ears also. He did say that some of the things Freddie said were not true and admitted that Freddie is a sub-contractor they have. Then Bob asked me why I didn't contact Louis at the office, I said I had tried. Besides, why would I contact a salesman when I'm told that Freddie is the supervisor of the job. Because of the COVID I told Bob that I was informed they were shorthanded. I did call, the phone would just ring, or I would talk to Louis, and he would talk to Freddie. The job was completed after 13 days. Repairs were not addressed until mid Nov. The time from late November 2021 to Jan 2022 was on me. COVID hit my family. Never received a corrected bill as I was promised until 1/6/2022 and it had no pricing on any line item, only a total paid (deposit) with balance due. The bill I did get in the mail was not correct either. I was told that they would hand deliver a corrected bill with line items amounts for me to pay from.

I was a prior customer and needed to purchase additional flooring. It was very hard to work with the sales manager Tom. I had to repeatedly call to try and get some pricing. Tom has very poor customer service skills. I went with another Vendor. I would not recommend using this company.

We LOVE our new flooring. Vinyl Plank for us was the way to go. And, it looks great. JR Crews was our great salesman and Justin and Mark were an outstanding installation team. They worked hard and neat and helped us make decisions on how the install should go. Highly recommend them! Here's a great big THANK YOU to all!

We purchased our carpeting at Floormasters and are very glad we did. The process was easy and Luis made the experience an easy one. We have had several experiences having carpet installed in our homes. Never have we been so impressed with the installers as well as their work. Mike and Julie were very fastidious and worked very hard to make the job perfect. Places where other installers would place a seam to expedite the job, Mike took painstaking measurements before he cut the carpeting, trying to eliminate or hide the seam. After completing the job, they made sure the furniture was placed back where we wanted it to be. We cannot speak highly enough about their work. They are both assets to the company and you can be assured of an excellent job when Floormasters sends them to your home for your carpet installation.
