The dryer takes at least 3 cycles to almost dry your clothes. Total was $4.50 for everything.

My experience at your location was horrible..... I spent 10 dollars in cash for coins place my clothes to was and proceeded to go outside to wash my car (ya know kill two birds with one stone). Once I pulled my burgundy Corolla into wash pit I learned it costed $3.00 for a 4 min wash.everything was cool until I noticed I had 3 second remaining of time. I assumed I could add more time to my wash but didn’t know it had to be entered before time was up . Hence me not being able to fully wash my car. So I proceed to go the vacuum where It says the cost is one dollar. I placed 4 quarters in vacuum coin slot and the vacuum machine didn’t come on. I couldn’t figure out why. I proceeded to knock on door inside Laundry mat where only employees are permitted. No one acknowledged me so it was safe to assume no employees were there . I proceeded to look around the laundry mat for a number to call for customer service. There is no posting of contact info available on site. By this time I placed my clothes in dryer to be dry for 40 mins. I proceeded to get into my car and head home so I could grab my wallet with my debit card. The vacuum machine accepts debit cards. When I got back to car wash site I proceed to vacuum this time i paid via debit card and the vacuum machine turned on instantly . I vacuumed until the time was up . Went to grab clothes out dryer to my surprise my clothes was still damped after being in dryer for 40 mins on hot setting. This morning I’m checking my account verifying all my transactions from prior day and I see I was charged $10.00 instead of the dollar that is advertised. Once I looked up the name of this business on line I saw a number I could call which I did and there was no answer. I left a voice message for me to be contacted back which I’m waiting on now.

Timer is a second fast per minute, based on my phone's stopwatch. Card terminal does not protect your credit against thieves. It needs to be updated to take chips. Overpriced, if you plan on washing your car often, get yourself a pressure washer.
