Thank you for your interest in Clifton Park Apartments! We do not have any 2 bedrooms available at the moment. There is a 3 bedroom coming available within the next 45 days. The 3 bedroom rents for $525 and that includes water, sewer & trash. The application fee is $25 per single adult, $30 for a married couple and if you have any minors ages 16 or 17 it is $10 each. If you are interested please contact our manager at (252) 946-2850. If you get the answering machine please be sure to clearly state your phone number and the manager will return your call ASAP.
