We loved living at Quail Ridge. The staff was always helpful and took care of any issues right away. Our neighbors were friendly and there were plenty of kids for my daughter to play with. The only issues we encountered were bugs, but this is a common problem and is almost impossible to solve when residences are attached. If you communicate, they will spray. Rent price is fair, the grounds are well maintained, and the neighborhood is safe.
