I had a awesome time while I lived here. Jennifer in rental office was VERY attentive to my problems and fixed issues quickly. It was extremely quiet around there. If you missed the delivery, it was no issue your things were still in place once you returned. Would give 5 stars, but the washer/dryers in laundry was always filthy; people would wash wigs, and all manor of weird things. And if you were not paying attention and threw your things in, they would come out with other bits of garbage incorporated into your clothes. Needless to say, I was happy to purchase my own. Other than that, it was an awesome place to live. I would highly recommend.

Working with the property manager, Jennifer Spencer, has been a joy. She is a wealth of knowledge, knows all of her tenants, and goes out of her way to assist her tenants in any way that she is able to. When there are any issues that arise, from needed repairs to tenant disputes, she quickly and efficiently handles them. Jennifer goes above and beyond her duties, and because of that she is the best out there.

Why is it your staff refuses to return calls? I have also been on a waiting list for almost 2 years! That is extremely unacceptable! I have 2 months to find a pet friendly place or I will have to return to CO.

They do have upstairs apartments. I'm not sure about the rent. I believe it's based off your income. I've never lived there. I was there visiting.
