I recently purchased a Soprano Baby Lock sewing machine. The staff was extremely helpful in demonstrating the machine and its components. The reason I chose this machine was because it came with an extension table as an accessory. I did not have this accessory in the box and when I realized this I spoke to the owner. I was told that I overlooked this table and threw it away. The owner offered to order a new one at an additional charge. It was impossible for me not to have seen this as it is a large box packed within a large box containing the sewing machine. Baby Lock company verified the packing. It was a most unfortunate situation and I am sure Baby Lock would want their customers to receive better service.

Coastal is a diamond in the rough, and don’t get enough credit for the work they do. You don’t know you need them until you NEED them. My sister had inherited my grandmother sewing machine and wanted to get it back up and running to teach my niece. The staff at Coastal were accommodating and knowledgeable in helping us get this old machine back up and running. They care about the lost art of sewing and were excited to be able to help teach the next generation. Kudos and thank you to Coastal!! #ap2
