Anywhere I believe. it's been awhile since I donated but they charge you a $1.50 fee plus any atm owner fees. It won't let you pull cash with a purchase though, used to do that but they weren't able to steal any money off your card through fees. so they stop letting you. And anytime you make more than one purchase after a donation they charge a fee each purchase.
