Grounds are not kept up like they should be Need pine needles put down. Units need to be pressure washed they ate dirty. I hD to hand wash the outside of my unit .painting needs to be done also. Pond needs to be cleaned also.

Beautiful setting bright community. Very clean and the view of the sunset is remarkable behind the fountain.

Nice place did not like that all the parking up front was just for the tenants guests of the tenants have to park in the back which is dark with no lighting or very little if I was a woman they would worry me but I'm a 300 lb 6 ft 1 Man
