The room and beds were clean and stocked with the bare minimum. 2 adults and 1 child we had 1 tiny 1oz shampoo and 2 plastic cups, period. We always bring our own anyway so that was fine. Biggest plus is that somehow I left my bank debit card there and we got a call an hour later. Housekeeping found it and turned it in and the guy at the counter was honest too! That's a big, Big deal! If we had cash I would have given them some money for their honesty and I thank them from the bottom of our hearts ❤️

My first time there was horrific I wasn't use to being down south. So the atmosphere was way different. I was visiting with a friend, and the first night the room was completely unacceptable. The did how ever move us twice and finally we found a suitable room, to stay the remaining nights. This last time we were able to pick a room and it was a way better experience. For this reason I rate them a 7 out of 10 for customer service and a 5 out of 10 for cleanliness. Never the less if you choose to stay here ..... .Call in before hand, ask about your room. . Ask for your room to be cleaned in advance by this I mean bleached if you have any allergies or have sensitive skin like mine. Ask for a complete cleaning. Once you get your room check it and always report anything you feel isn't up to standards. They WILL try to modify as much as they can. Always ask for clean sheets. I'd also like to say to the cleaning lady ( Mrs. Pat ) she did a MARVELOUS job of cleaning up our room. Both times. She's the best. Request her if possible. 💯💯 all in all the lodge was okay and it could be a great place to stay.

Was traveling with family and needed a place to sleep for a couple hours. Arrived at 2am and immediately had a room ready. Checkout was at 11. I accidentally left a pillow and had called to ask if it could be retrieved. Susan picked up and was very welcoming. She helped me get my pillow! Forever grateful.

I didn't actually stay in the rooms. I was part of a fashion show that was held in two of the hotel's banquet rooms. The banquet rooms were very spacious and clean. The restrooms were SUPER CLEAN and I was able to peek in the workout room which was also very clean and well equipped. The hotel lobby was also clean and the staff was really kind. As for the banquet rooms, the cleanliness of the lobby area and restrooms I'll give an A+
