This place is trash. The absolutely worst run papa johns in America. The manager Nadia, made no effort to make our delivery experience worth ordering pizza from this place again. I ordered pizza online and was quoted 62 to 74 minutes for delivery. Seems a little long, but I was willing to wait. After waiting the required time, I called the restaurant for an update but my call was sent to an order and answering center. They tried to transfer my call to the actual restaurant and I was put on hold for over 45 minutes. Then I called back and said I wanted to order a pizza and the call went through immediately. After speaking to the manager she said there was nothing she could do for my order that was now over 2 and a half hours since I ordered. She confirmed that I paid what I paid, and I'll get what I get, and it'll be there when it gets there. After almost three hours my pizza and cheese bread arrived cold.

It's good, but it feels as though Papa John's has lost its touch. It was my favorite pizza place, but now... I'm not so sure. The cheese and toppings just sit on top like you could just lift them off the dough. There's no ooey gooey cheese when you pull a slice a way. Sometimes, it doesn't taste/look fully cooked. It's kind of like a frozen pizza thrown into a microwave, and you take it out halfway.

ordered a pizza and cookie from the papa johns in hinesville ga and had a terrible experience. First I was on hold for 21 minutes. Then I placed my ordered and was told my order would take 90 minutes for carry out. After 97 minutes I called to Check the status of my order. I was told the call service center must have screwed up and now they’re too backed up to make me a pizza. I told the young lady it seemed like bad service. She said sorry you feel that way and hung up. Very poor service. Very disappointed

The store was busy. The pizza was good, presentation was not as good. The guy at the counter did not know his job well and couldn't multitask. That made the pick up process slow and painful, thus the rating. The Shak-aroni was very good.
