Worst hospital I've ever encountered. I spent over 3 hours waiting for my 2 year old to be seen while they pushed people ahead of her. They only have ONE medical doctor and the rest are PA’s. They will test your child for random viruses just to bill insurance, never shared the results. I ended up leaving and driving to Memorial Childrens Hospital in Savannah; we were in and out in less than 2 hours! I highly recommend going to the Childrens hospital in Savannah if you can; their staff listens, is patient, extremely kind and properly exams and treats children.

Wife's surgery was delayed 4 hours due to a separate emergency surgery. Hospital had failed to schedule more than 2 OR teams, the exact number of operations they had scheduled. Never called in any more staff to replace those called to the emergency. Instead my wife waited an additional 4 hours while still being unable to eat or drink. This is not a reflection on the staff who were very friendly and helpful. They did everything they could. Management failed to account for additional staff needed if an emergency happened. Which is mind boggling for a business for whom one of their main purposes is emergencies.

The staff here is absolutely disgusting. Myself and a few others in our group were being treated for some pretty serious dog bites after a fight had broken out. I personally was in a room for almost an hour, blood pouring out of my arm, waiting for someone to do something to help me. The staff is EXTREMELY condescending and after stating they heard there was a dog fight, they implied stupidity on our end in trying to break it up. I brushed it off because I was more worried about my wounds than I was about others’ arrogance. It wasn’t until I met up with the 3 others in my group after we were all treated that they told me that they overheard the nursing/reception staff making comments about how our injuries are our own fault and that the staff had the audacity to play “Who Let The Dogs Out” loud enough for one of the people in my group to hear while she was being treated in her room. I so badly wish I could’ve gone back to tell the staff off but I’m from out of state and these people were honestly not even worth my time. This place has, by far, the saddest, most pathetic staff I have ever dealt with, and I have worked in multiple hospitals throughout my life. Do better, and for those seeking medical attention, go out of your way to a more respectful place where the staff actually has some common sense and decency.

I don’t think you can get any worse than this place. 0 Bedside Manners, 0 compassion, No enthusiasm at all! Refusal to treat, listen to or even touch a patient. I bought my Mom in due to her feet being swollen and was interrogated by the “Doctor” and his Nurse, he proceeded to tell me that my timeline for how long she had been swollen and the day that we disclosed that visited their Clinic before trying again to get help by coming here didn’t add up (wth?). Mind you, the interrogation was the only discussion concerning why we were there. They wouldn’t even look at her feet or even listen to her chest to check for fluid. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Once we finally got in to her Primary Doctor they were astounded that no tests, chest x-rays, or bloodwork had been done after the visits to the Clinic or this terrible hospital! Their prognosis: just follow up with her Doctor whenever she can get an appointment.

I had a very bad experience at this hospital 2weks ago. I would never recommend this hospital for anyone. Please make sure your patient signs only what they should and get copies. Please don't trust their doctor's. They gave me drugs IV and put me out. I have never been on drugs and I still don't know how I got home with my car. I couldn't wake up until the next day 18hrs. Later when my neighbor checked on me because I had not been outtside all-day. I was dehydrated and hungry . I went to the hospital because I have a stomach problems and couldn't stop vomiting and this is what they done to me. Do not trust these doctors.
