I’ve enjoyed browsing the Walton’s website for years, and was thrilled to stumble upon their shopfront in Franklin. Their selection is unmatched, and the staff was very friendly and helpful—not to mention passionate about jewelry! I spent well over an hour in there, and Lensey was not only patient but also genuinely happy to let me try on and admire everything up close. I ended up mulling over my favorites after I left, and purchased over the phone. Great experience!
