Beautiful well kept hotel. Staff were really nice and helpful. Love that check out was at 12pm - it gave us time to eat and head to the park before checking out. The king room suite was clean. The pictures are as described. We did not make it out to the pool but it was nice. Our only wish is that they had more vegan options for breakfast, like plant m-based protein or beans. I’ve been to other Marriotts where they have at least tofu, or plant-based ground. They only had grab and go fruit but this is likely due to COVID protocol. We were still very impressed and did well with hot oatmeal with a nice nice variety of toppings. Ginga was amazing and did give us oakmilk upon request (they didn’t have it out). We would def recommend this hotel it’s near a lot of shopping areas and places to eat. It’s also about 15 min or less drive to downtown!

Springhill suites never disappoints so it's the staff that can make or break a trip. The front desk staff was wonderful! Isabella helped us at check in and gave great recommendations for local places to eat. She was super friendly and helpful during our whole stay. We had quite a large group staying there for a wedding in April and the other front desk staff were also really nice! I wish I would have gotten all their names. The woman who was working the breakfast area was also super friendly. Definitely felt the southern hospitality during our stay!

Very nice …. Had to stay here for work Travel as stated the hotel was very nice. Breakfast bar had something different everyday.. The staff was helpful as well, especially Mr. Chris he took the time to help me get all of my reservations correct he even went above and beyond and got me and my coworkers a room next to each other for the next 3 weeks.., that is what you call amazing customer service.

Clean newer property. Welcoming front desk. Spacious clean room. Only problem was a constant mechanical sound that prevented me from a good sleep. I discovered the next morning that our room was right above an air handler on the ground level. We were in room 314. So avoid any room number ending in 14.
