I recently received a new watch and needed some links removed . I selected Crown because of the positive reviews . I was not disappointed. Not only did they adjust my watch but would not let me pay them for the service . Customer service and goodwill is so refreshing when you experience it these days . The least I can do is reward their good deed by telling others .

I walked in and search of a diamond ring and I wasn’t even greeted two people walked in after me walked up to the counter and was serviced. I waited in the store for roughly 5 minutes. Nobody said will be right with you which would’ve mattered at that point because it already taken to other individuals first even though I was in the store way before them. Do not shop at this worthless place. You might be warm but you don’t know how to do business

I had a ring made there and not 6 months a diamond fell out so I went to get it tightened and I just lost another diamond ! I’m not happy and will go elsewhere!!
