The drivers are rude, inconsiderate, and obviously don’t realize that pedestrians have the right of way. It happened on 9/6 on Threet Industrial around 9:30amy, driver was heading towards Aviation pkwy.

This company subcontracted our delivery out to a company called Ellis Moving and storage, and Ellis was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to my family. Whatever reputation Estes might have is irrelevant if they are entrusting their duties to an inferior company. I know staffing is tough right now, but maybe instituting minimum standards for communication (perhaps not calling customers names and then hanging up on them) would be a good idea.

Whoever was driving this truck in Springfield, TN on Monday 7/12/22 literally ran a stop light turning right off Hwy 76 onto Hwy 41 almost ran over me and my family in the car. The day cab local drivers seem to always be in a hurry and dangerous to be around on the road. I tried contacting there safety department and only got a voice-mail with return phone call afterwards, I gave them my # to reach out. Thank you and everyone please have a safe trip on every trip.
