Waited hours to be seen by Ashley R. Sarb MD. This is an appointment only clinic we had an appointment at 7:20 and left almost at 9:30. There was an emergency case this night but we were there well before the emergency ensued. Either way we left very disappointed in our treatment or lack thereof at this location. Felt in my opinion very discriminatory. Will not be back here again.

My niece that is 4 months old was forced to sit outside in the heat. She has tested positive for covid 4 days ago. She was having problems holding her milk down and her doctor told us to bring her in. Me and her mother went to the McDonald's to go to the bathroom. They called her in and we were on our way back. The nurses thought it was better to leave a baby sitting outside sick in the heat and Gave the room to someone else who was sitting in Ac. I personally feel it was pretty sorry to make a baby struggling to breathe out in the heat. When it would of took a few mins to do vitals and send us on our way. I will find another way to make another a complaint. I normally don't do reviews good or bad but this was wrong.

I would give minus 5 stars if I could i was told that I would receive a call back with my sons covid and flu test results but nobody has called back and when you call DURING BUSINESS HOURS THEY HAVE A RECORDING SAYING THAT ITS OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS BECAUSE THEY HAVE THERE PHONES OFF TO NOT RECEIVE CALLS THIS IS THE ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER BEEN APART OF AND KEEP IN MIND MY CHILD HAD A 104.3 FEVER ON ARRIVAL AND THEY GAVE HIM NOTHING AND DID NOTHING TO HELP HIS FEVER BESIDES GIVING HIM A GATORADE. ITS 2 DAYS LATER AND STILL NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM

I took my 2 year old to mainly be tested for the flu because of having such a high fever and not feeling well for the past couple of days. Well, the nurse did swab him for the flu. About 20 minutes later the physician and nurse come in to examine my son and when she opened his mouth she immediately swabbed him for strep (which in fact was positive), she then asked the nurse what the results of his flu test was and the nurse said “negative”. When we got home, I received an email stating that the doctor had finished her note so I signed in, began to read and was absolutely shocked to find out that my son was in fact also POSITIVE for the flu. What a slap in the face that was. I left thinking my son just had strep, however he also had the Flu and I was told his test was negative. She also documented it in the note that the rapid flu test was negative, but every way I could look at the flu results they ALL said Flu A Antigen: Positive. EXTREMELY unsatisfied.

They use to have a "save your spot" option online but I believe they stopped that.
I don't think so. This is an urgent care clinic. They'll most likely refer u to the primary provider
Yes they sure are.
