I went into the store and the manager (who did introduce himself as Michael, but said nothing further) was making out with someone (presumably his gf or spouse) while I found what I wanted and was waiting to check out. I’m sure there’s plenty of cameras and if he hasn’t been reprimanded for his actions, then I guess the corporation doesn’t care about keeping customers. I ended up walking out and won’t be returning to this Game Stop. I used to come here all the time and both Sam, the previous manager, and Jake, the assistant, were always helpful and helped me with locating products and preorders.

I always have enjoyed this location and its employees. Its been awhile since I came in, but today stood out to me as I met and talked with Sam. She was honestly one of the most genuine people I've ever met. Knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for the conversation and fellowship of what only a brick and mortar store can offer. Can't wait to return for my gamestop needs.
