Would rate zero if possible. My mother stayed here while she travelled to Michigan to visit us. The bathroom sink had men's facial hair trim, the floor was not vacuumed, and the hallway smelled like a locker room. After she asked them to clean the restroom and vacuum, she came back and it was not done. Also, there was a living bed bug in her bed. We checked her out and got her into another local hotel. We were told the staff was all new, they could care less there. Stay away!

The only positive thing I can mention about this property is they have a wonderful staff at the front desk. Unfortunately, this may be the most rundown, unclean IHG hotel i've ever stayed at. Staff does great with what they have to work with. There was an almost 2" gap under the entry door to room. Drywall and furniture damage all over the room. The heating unit was not sealed thus allowing the cold outside air to blow into my room all night long (wouldn't like to pay that electric bill). The bathtub was stained brown with caulking mess everywhere. A disgusting booger? was noticed on the bed skirt. I honestly had a tough time even eating in this room due to it being so unkept. I highly recommend NOT visiting this property until renovations take place.

Overall this hotel was great My room was recently remodeled and everything including the room was spotless. Cudos to the housekeeping staff. The other staff were very friendly and attentive. My disappointment came when I got up to get ready to checkout. For some reason I hadn't noticed there was no shower curtain. The biggest surprise was there was no hot water. The sink had warm water but the shower was absolutely frigid. Disappointing for an otherwise great stay.

It was okay. I was there for almost a week. I didn’t know I was supposed to have two blinds in my room. I was on the ground floor and there was a big gap between the blind and the wall so people could see inside. Very very loud hallways and doors slamming. Stomping heavily on the ceiling. Not sure what housekeeping does? My bathroom floor had been mopped with a filthy mop because there were dirty water mop lines from where they mopped. The toiletries were empty in the shower. Housekeeping came one day and gave me one towel. No washcloths, no toilet paper, no coffee stuff. So I had to go down and ask for those things throughout my stay. Like why bother coming into my room? I didn’t even need a towel. Breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about. Front desk staff was really nice. The amount for my stay came up way higher than my booking amount so they sorted it out for me which I appreciate. Appreciated the fridge and microwave so I could hang in the room instead of drive around in snow, that was nice. Holes in some of the linens but the bed was clean. Main carpeted area could use some love. Parking lot isn’t very well lit.
