I read about this place before my mother was placed in it. It had terrible reviews. I think it is living up to it. My mom had brusing on her legs. When I called to inquire about it, the lady, on the phone, was very rude. It got so bad, I had to hang up on her. I would never have placed her in this facility, if it was my decision. My brother's wife made this decision. She controls him. This building is old and outdated. You get lost trying to find out where a room is located. There is no clear directions that guide you where to go. I wish I could give it less than a 1 star rating.

I don't have a family member at the facility, but I won't work part time through an agency. First and third weekends are the most ratchet weekends to work. I get there this morning to provide assistance as a Certified Medication Aide.I'm not on the schedule. When the nurse in charge if that shift ask am I working a double, which I did not sign up for calls rhe new DON ,Jade, because I'm not on the schedule and I wouldn't work a double I was no longer needed. I wonder if i had agreed to work the doyble could i have stayed? After a permanent Med Aide ask if she could work the floor and I could work her cart. That was fine. Then I asked the nurse, Tammy, if she could sign my timesheet: "I'm not signing your time sheet because you haven't done anything". In front of everyone. Didn't matter I politely called my agency supervisor and reported the situation. Now if they treat agency as if they're not needed or appreciated. How do you think the residents are treated.

If you have a loved one at this facility PLEASE PLEASE visit regularly, ask questions and just stay on top of their overall well being. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I've encountered maybe 2 ppl at the facility who seem as if they genuinely care about their job performance. Thank God my Mom is of sound mind and very vocal and informs us of how she's being treated. I had to speak with the Admin (Bridgette) about one in particular.This place is such a disappointment
