this company is a failure last year i ordered 16 windows pay $9000 wait a year for them to arrive i had my client wait and wait now that i have them they are wrong measurements i returned the windows. where I order them and he tells me that I have to make an appointment to talk to him that doesn't seem fair to me when I've waited a year for the windows to arrive This was a bad deal it seems that he doesn't know how to serve customers who He's in charge Right now he doesn't seem to know how to do his job Bad business This was bullshit🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This is no longer run by Rochelle L. Coll NASHVILLE GLASS CO. INC. it was sold in January 22 so sad now they are cons a peace of glass was $40 2021now they won’t take an over the counter for less then $150 also person on phone just plain rude. Never again

Called three separate times to try and schedule someone to come out to our home and give an estimate on multiple pieces of glass that we wanted made. Each time I was told the sales rep would call us to schedule time and each time, no such return call was made. Very disappointed in the poor customer service and follow through. If you don't want my business just say so! Don't lead customers on.

My employees always wear masks when inside customer's home or business. They sanitize their hands before and after the job is complete. Our office requires masks. If customers come in our office, we keep apart as much as possible. We have an acrylic shield at our office opening. We wipe down our counter, ink pens and front door after each person leaves including our UPS, USPS, FedEx deliveries. etc. When customers come to pick up their orders, we meet them at their vehicle to load their orders outside.
We have clear or patterned glass available. We do not sell stained glass.
They have bullet resistant glass but for commercial use. The frames used are storefront frames.
No, we do not sell glass blocks. Check with the local brick companies.
