Have given this shop more than one second chance, but it continues to disappoint. The food is regularly poorly made, with toppings missing or far less than ordered over the app. Have received multiple sandwiches that were barely edible, destroyed, or completely soggy and untoasted. The most recent visit, received a sandwich in a paper bag with half the toppings missing and sauce completely coating that sandwich due to careless packaging. The other sandwich had someone's hair in it and was almost entirely meat and mayonnaise when light meat was ordered along with extra vegetables. Have officially given up on this shop and will drive the extra to go to a different one.

The last time I ate here I gave it a 1. Today my granddaughter wanted to eat here so i gave in and im giving a 5. We were greated as we walked in. The 3 young guys working were friendly, outgoing, answered our questions without being nasty, the food was great. Big improvement and we'll definitely be back.

The toppings are always usually pretty fresh (except the lettuce it’s always brown), and the storage self is always clean, but the service is the worst of any subway I’ve ever been to. It’s hard to keep giving someone your business when they act like it’s a hassle to have to wait on you. There are two older women that work the morning shift one of them is super nice the other one can’t wait to go sit back down after she fixes you’re sandwich and rolls her eyes at you multiple times.

Had a to go order, normally chips are already in the bag. They didn't tell us we had to grab our own chips so we get home no chips.. okay no big thing. 3 footlong subs that were suppose to be toasted and a personal pizza with extra cheese. We get 3 cold NOT toasted subs and 1 cold pizza. The cheese on the sandwiches wasn't even melted. I called the store only for a rude man to answer and proceed to what I assume would be yelling across the store only for me to hear a rude woman telling him that the sandwiches were toasted and because of covid we had to get our own chips. I've Never had any issues from this subway before always very professional and good food but tonight that most certainly changed. I also include a picture of my daughters "toasted" italian herb and cheese sandwich that looks like white bread with some cheese tossed on top.
