I would not recommend this store if you have something that is time sensitive. I dropped off a envelope of important papers to be shipped UPS overnight. They needed to be at their location on yesterday - a Friday. When I left Thursday at 1:30 I was assured that UPS would pick up later in the day and it would be where it should be the next day. Ultimately when it didn't arrive by 3:00 on Friday, I called the store. No one answered so I left a message about my concern. After no call back, I drive to the store AND find my envelope still there laying randomly on a rack with other bigger boxes. The young girl that helped me was truly apologetic and said "I don't know what happened". Let me say, she was not who I gave it to the previous day. It is clear that no one made the effort to get it out the door. Now, this package cannot be at it's location until Monday. It needed to be there on Friday, a business day for my situation to work out. I left with the package and drove to a UPS store. They assured me it would leave that day. I shared my frustration with this store's employee. She promptly asked "Did you go to the mailbox store next to Publix? I said yes and was told literally 2 hours before someone had came in with a package saying the very exact same thing. Plus, she said it happens quite often. I will never again trust this store's services and now have quite a serious issue to deal with. Thanks for nothing.

I went to the mailbox store today for some routine mailing. Trish was wonderful, she explained all of my options in detail helping be choose the best option. She was so informative and knowledgeable. Highly recommend the mail box store for you mailing needs!
