Lady in the drive-thru caught an attitude after I confirmed what I asked for the drink 3 times. I don't know where the attitude is coming from; it's not my fault your speaker doesn't work. Staff is better inside the store, but still keeping the rating low since it was one of my first experiences here.

Employees were nice. Food was fresh. I've never had KFC before so I gave it a go and felt cheated. Probably nothing to do with the employees but the chicken just tasted...not good. If you like KFC though this appears to be a good location.

Shiloh Arb, with the respect to your answer, the GPS map did NOT say it was on the base. There was no clue till it directed us into a road into the base. When we rerouted it took us to the next entrance to the base. There is no indicator on the map that it was the base. If GPS gives you such indication, count yourself as blessed.
