Highly recommend Heart to Heart! No other bridal dress shop I visited even compared. They were extremely helpful in bringing forward options that fit the style and vibe I was going for. From the initial zoom call to saying yes to the dress, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. 10/10!

My experience at Heart to Heart Bride was the best! They made this experience amazing from the time I booked the appointment all the way to saying yes to the dress. About 1 week prior to my actual appointment, I did a zoom interview with Sarah, and she took time to learn all about my fiancé and I, how we got engaged, what we do for fun, and all the details about my wedding! They made it so personable! Sarah and I went through their Pinterest boards to see what dresses they could pull for me and so they could get a feel of what I loved and what I didn't really care for in a dress. I booked a private appointment, because I had the max amount of guests going, and it was SO worth it! If you're on the fence about a private appointment, DO IT, you won't regret it. My consultant Zoe was literally amazing. She started the appointment by asking some questions about my fiancé and I and about our wedding, the theme, and the venue. I went to the shop with a dress in mind that I had been dreaming about for months prior, and Zoe recommended that I try it on first. I fell in love with it the second I stepped into it and pulled it up. I was done then. But, to be sure I tried on several different dresses, and Zoe was great to talk to and express what I loved about certain dresses and what I didn't really love about them. She was open to hear what I was saying, but also felt comfortable enough with me and my party to also give her feedback, which was always helpful! She offered to pull a few wildcard dresses just to see different styles. After trying about 7 or 8 dresses total, it was back to the original dress. Zoe "glammed" me up, with sleeves, veil and all, it made it so real and made me love the dress even more! After choosing the dress, I wanted a veil as well, and Zoe did a great job in entertaining my ideas of different veils, and she ended up picking a veil I would have never chosen, and I fell in love. This was hands down, the best experience for wedding dress shopping I could have ever asked for. You will not be disappointed here!

Heart to Heart is AWESOME! They have an AMAZING selection of dresses of all kinds and a ton of inclusive sizes (yay for fellow plus size brides!). Their Pinterest board of the hundreds of dresses in their collection made narrowing down designers and styles so seamless. The consultation call was also very informative so I walked in prepared and with dresses that I had chosen ready to go. Zoe was exactly who I needed in the dressing room with me as I tried on dress after dress. She made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable about different options for alterations, accessories, etc for each dress. It was very overwhelming thinking about dress shopping as a plus sized person. I was worried that the samples wouldn't fit me, that the dressing rooms would be too small and have no privacy, or that I would have to hear "just imagine what it would look like in your size". None of that happened at Heart to Heart! I am so pleased with my experience!

From my zoom meeting to actually going into the store for my appointment the staff were incredibly helpful and did everything they could to find my dream dress! Kayla was my stylist for my appointment and she went above and beyond. She shared laughs and tears with me and my family and really made my vision come to life! I can not say enough good things about this place, I highly recommend all brides to check out Heart to Heart and have the perfect experience I did!
